Just a quick one today as I am super tired!
Food:
- cup of tea
- Vive breaky drink and fruit muffin
- chicken and salad
- bodywise bar
- tammar valley yogurt
- curry chicken and corn cous cous
- hot chocolate
- grilled cheese on toast (one slice)
Exercise: 5k run!
I dont’ know how I am going calorie wise, but I know I am doing okay as I am feeling hungry before I eat! Always a good sign!
Weigh-in day tomorrow.. here’s hoping for a good one!
