Day 3

Just a quick one today as I am super tired!

Food:

  • cup of tea
  • Vive breaky drink and fruit muffin
  • chicken and salad
  • bodywise bar
  • tammar valley yogurt
  • curry chicken and corn cous cous
  • hot chocolate
  • grilled cheese on toast (one slice)

Exercise:  5k run!

I dont’ know how I am going calorie wise, but I know I am doing okay as I am feeling hungry before I eat!  Always a good sign!

Weigh-in day tomorrow.. here’s hoping for a good one!
