Day 18 BBEC

 

Breakfast:

Cuppa Tea

Might McMuffin + Hash Brown + Sml coke Zero

 

Morning Tea:

Cuppa Tea (Jumbo, 1sugar)

 

Lunch:

Sml serve vegetarian Fried Rice

 

Afternoon Tea:

Apple

 

Dinner:

1 beef sausage, 1/2 cup mash potato, 1 1/2 cups of vegetables (pumpkin, mushroom, beans, brocolli, bok choy, carrot)

Glass of water.
