Lunch:
A yogurt from Woolies with berry and crumble (very yum!)
Afternoon Tea:
Steamed Fish Fillet (parsley and lemon)
cuppa tea (natvia and ~80mL Skinny milk)
Dinner:
Prawns in lemon and chilli marinade (about 15!)
Skinny cow icecream biscuit
chocolatte with dark chocolate timtam
cream biscuit
light yakult
