Out: -285 (strength training -back and arms)

Thursday:

In:  1530cals  (not good.. the satay chicken for lunch was a bit heavier on cals then I thought!)
Out: -350 (strong man training!)

Friday:
(54.8kg)
In:  2000cals  (had a huge peice of battered fish - feeling sick and yuk)
Out:  total blow out... both food and exercise.

Saturday:
(55.0kg)
In: 1300
Out: -350 (1/2 of next weeks SSS)

Sunday:
(n/a)
In:  OMG... I didn't do my food diary!
Out: Rest Day!

Monday:
(54.9kg)

Out:  (strength training)
