Okay, so lets call this the "advanced" version of Mish's mindset lessons... advanced for those that need extra tuition that is! Let's face it, some of us have lives that are pretty complicated and rushing headfirst into a program that requires consistency and organisation when both are completly foreign concepts is not really setting up ourselves for success!
Maybe that isn't you, but maybe it is.. it IS me. I have struggled with the organisation required to keep my nutrition on track and to get myself through the red flag days. I have 3 kids.. with special needs, and I am studying my PhD - I am busy! I don't feel like I am doing anything properly and the 12wbt is just another ball to keep in the air!
