Food diary time:
egg on toast, no butter
cup of tea
foccacia chicken bacon and cheese wrap (had half)
3 kfc nuggets, one piece of chicken (yup I ate the skin)
2 glasses of pepsi max (maybe a bit more as I was using funny shaped cups)
baked beans on toast for dinner
and a handful or two of malteasers
plenty of water.
Exercise:
swimming class - 240cals over the hour
